Andrew/Chestnut, at the stable better known as "the guy with the Obertaurer" takes his Dova for a little stroll around the landscape.
With his almost 2 years, he still looks like a foal, unlike the other youngsters, who started to grow and almost look like real horses now. But Andrew informed himself more and more about the breed of his little fellow, and he now knows that Obers need much more time to mature.
Dova surely is indignant about this fact. The young stallion has got more energy than he is able to handle.

The weather was great today, one of the fewer sunny days this time - German weather really went haywire these days, one day rainy, one day cloudy, one day sunny. It was a strange and unsatisfactory spring, after this long and hard winter everyone needed the sun - and was each time more and more disappointed to see her leave again.
The boy and his colt walked across the wide meadows of their home close beside each other.
It were the days of blooming dandelions, wonderful days in which all pastures and meadows were imbued with yellow. Dova enjoyed the little flowers around his feet. His owner knew that there would follow the time of blowballs at well, and he wondered if his colt would love them as well.

Just wanted to leave a little something before I disappear into my holidays C:
My scanner is currently out of order xD so I had to take a photo of the picture <.<
I don't really manage to draw the "obligatory" dandelion-pictures I try to draw every spring - i'm always too late. But as mentioned in the story, I love these few days of a yellow world, they are really stunning to look at here in my homeland xD
And yessss, Dova looks too much like a big foal. I need practise.
